Foody Friday



An easy, quick, no back little protein snack.  [Grain free, gluten free, vegan]

This was my favorite snack I concocted when I was totally grain free and eating very little sugar.  In a small bowl put a spoonful of sunbutter or peanut butter, add some chia seeds and sunflower seeds and a little bit of honey or agave nector for a little sweetness, mix together in the bowl and yummy quick snack.
