My philosophy is to provide a cohesive package from start to finish. I wanted to incorporate the chinese symbol for love, since they are using this on their wedding invitation, along with the wedding colors, tiffany blue/teal, black, and poppy red. My entry has a classic, modern, asian inspired feel from the papers to the fonts. [Are you planning an Asian Inspired Wedding? These can be used for wedding invitations too]

Spring that is...it's snowing here...

It has been gorgeous here, no signs of snow, and lots of sun on our faces. [Yesterday was 77] This means P&A have been taking advantage of playing outdoors. There is lots of swinging, sliding, climbing, digging in dirt, mowing, driving cars, swinging, bubbles, running, wagon rides, and more swinging. They are not used to short sleeves so they insisted on wearing a jacket! We went to the park on Sunday, of course I forgot my camera, so here are pics of them playing at home.

Wow! It's a wonderful feeling to know my designs & work are appreciated. I completed these sweet baby boy announcements over the weekend. These are made with a vellum overlay and ocean blue cardstock attached with a small bow of blue satin ribbon. The baby pic and words are printed right on the vellum. There are little baby cardstock feet prints at the bottom to complete the delightful announcement. Having a baby or need baby announcements?? These are the place cards I was saying brought me so much creative pleasure in a previous post. Aren't they just delightful?!!! These beauties are printed on recycled linen white cardstock with the couple's logo design layered on top. In a future post I will show you the entire package in one photo. It all came together wonderfully and I couldn't be more thankful to work with such an incredible couple. Congratulations to the Happy Couple!
