Food Friday - Gluten Free Vegan Vanilla mini donuts
Welcome to my first ever Foody Friday! It's you follow me on facebook then you know it's quite a challenge in the cooking and baking department at my house. We have a range of food intolerance/sensitivities among 5 of the 6. I have to make food that is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, egg free and peanut free to cover all if I don't want to make a bunch of different meals. My biggest challenge is to find yummy baked goods recipes. I've made breads, pizza crusts, muffins, cookies, cakes, bars, buns, donuts, etc. many are wonderful just gluten & dairy free it's removing the egg that leaves little to be desired.
