E&B Wedding Invitation

Image
Here it is...The invitation I said would be coming in the future. Well the future is now.... Here is a peak at the E&B wedding invitation. It turned out more beautiful and fun than I imagined. After a few minor tweaks, it'll be onto production time. The outer is made of 100% recycled black paper and the rest is pistacchio weave paper.

Holiday Cards

Image
This was to be our 2007 holiday card. Photo with layered paper, all cut and placed by hand. However, if I wanted to get all our cards out in 2007, I knew there needed to be a plan B, C, D. So there are now about 4 different versions. Somewhere between the photo above and photo below. I created this option, it's printed as a photo greeting card. I made it to be the same colors but with an additional picture. I love how it turned out. What do you think?

Stationery

Image
Here is something I was busy working on, 9 different stationery sets (12 per set.) I am pleased with how they turned out. What do you think? These won't be available on etsy store for a while, so if you are interested in your own personalized stationery or personalized stationery as a gift, please either leave a comment or email steliedesigns@yahoo.com .

I'm an Auntie again!!

I'm happy to announce, I'm an autie again for the 4th time. My sweet second niece was born today. Lyla Jaye arrived into this world at 7 lbs 10 oz, 18" long. When I told the kids, I said the baby isn't in auntie's tummy anymore, she's here and we get to see her. They were so excited they jumped up and down while clapping. On our way to the hospital my husband and I were prepping the kids, you will not get to hold your new cousin until she's older. You can just look at her. It was hardest for Avery, she so wanted to hold her. She loves babies, just like her mommy! She couldn't stop touching the blanket. I on the other hand, got to hold the little cutie pie. Of course in the parking lot on our way home, I realized we forgot to take a picture...sigh...next time.

Little Creative Artists

I'm so proud of my little artists. P & A had a blast finger painting, now that is all they want to do.

A baby in my tummy

Now that I got your attention!!! I've been asking the kids what are you going to ask Santa for Christmas. Some days it's cars, cows, trains, guitar, then blue car. I said Paxton, I thought you were going to ask Santa for a tractor? "Yeah, I want a tractor" (whew, I already have the one he asked about for ever after he saw it) Then I said "Avery don't you want a baby?" (She LOVES to play house with her baby dolls and I already have an infant car seat as a xmas gift) She said "Yes, I want a baby. A baby in my tummy!" As she was patting her tummy, I laughed and said yes someday when you are older, much, much older, I hope you have a baby in your tummy. Her Auntie Summer and Aunt Julie each have a baby in their tummy so she did too. Then Paxton said he wanted a baby in his tummy too! Poor guy, he looked like he was going to cry when I said, boys don't have babies in their tummy, they just get to raise them.

Card Party pics

Image
Finally pics from Saturday's card party & the after effects of our snow storm. It seems like time hasn't allowed the mundane task of downloading pictures. Okay, really everytime I came downstairs to work, I'd forget to bring the camera with me...

Card Party & Snow Storm

They don't mix too well! Originally the first big snow storm of the season was to start Saturday at 2:00pm. I thought, great! card party starts at 1:00, well the weather was on a different time zone...because at 9:00am the snow had started in full force... Surprisingly, I had attendees. I am very thankful to those who braved the storm to come to my Stelie Designs open house. Thank you for your support, it meant a lot to me. Now posting all to etsy...keep checking my etsy shop, items should be popping up daily.
