{photo compliments of Martha Stewart Weddings} Pair the above flowers with the below invitations to enhance a red themed wedding.

My Day

Today went something like this... -4:00am wake up to crying hungry babies and the full fledged cold I've been able to hold off for the last 4 weeks that someone(s) in my family has/have had. -go back to sleep until Jer leaves at 6:45am [while I'm grateful, now I'm almost 2 hours behind in the day, aka no time for shower] -Take 4 kids out in the pouring rain for a much needed Target run. [while wishing we had an attached garage and my raincoat had a hood.] -Ran over my poor Mr. P with the enormous cart on our way out of Target after he tripped and I didn't know it because I couldn't see over baby A's carseat but wondered why the cart wouldn't move anymore. Proceeded to unwedge his foot from being caught in the grates at the bottom of the cart. He was crying a bit and asking why I didn't stop! Umm I didn't see you just didn't seem to cut it. Said he couldn't walk and wanted to sit, but the places for children to sit were now full of grocery bag...

Happy to hear

After the day I've had today, or rather the last couple days, [I'll blog about it later] so seeing this in my inbox was a welcomed bit of happy. " Hi Stephanie, I received the invitations today and they look fanatasic! Thanks also for the matching set of thank you cards! It's been so great and easy to work with you. I appreciate all the hardwork you put into making these for us. Take care and thanks for all the well-wishes! Sincerely, Kelly" My goal is always to make my client happy, which thankfully I have many happy feedbacks but today was just what I needed to hear to remind me why I do what I do.

Scary Teeth.

Save it!

Recently, I completed 125 of these along with guest address printing for a fun couple in NY. I just LOVE these! Don't you? I don't think I'll ever tire of the Hip Circles wedding set. {please accept my apologies on photos, no sunlight in weeks}

Confetti

[image compliments of Martha Stewart Weddings] Imagine my surprise when I flipped through the latest issue of Martha Stewart Weddings magazine and saw the above cake. I instantly saw my Audrey wedding invitation. How perfect would it be to have these wedding invitations and this cake in your wedding colors of course? So perfect!

[image courtesy of Martha Stewart Weddings] When I saw this Fresh German Chamomile centerpiece, I instantly thought of my Aspen Wedding invitation. I love how this floral arrangement is simple and yet uniquely beautiful. They compliment each other nicely don't you think?

My Friend Jodi , came over a week ago to meet the babies and bring us yummy food to boot. She commented how there are no pictures of me with the 4 kids [how correct she was] and insisted she take one. So here is a pic of me and my fab four! Thanks Jodi! Go check out her etsy shop , she is a truly talented artist. Plus if you are looking for an interior designer, she's your woman.

Movin' Time

Image
Have you moved? My best friend did! Let me know if you want your own custom moving cards.

Purple and Grey

Image
The 3Square wedding invitation in purple and grey I'm working on. I sent the couple two different shades of grey to decide upon. They chose the darker grey. Not to mention grey and purple are two fashion forward colors and will be perfect for a San Francisco February wedding. Keep checking back to see how they turn out.

Etsy Fun

Image
I find meeting other Etsy sellers (and of course buyers) fascinating. Heidi of HD purchased my circly goodness personalized stationery a while back and recently asked if I could create it half size sans envelope as a note to add to her Etsy packages. I was delighted and here is how they turned out. Heidi is truly a talented artist, please go check out her shop . My top two favorites are this and this . What is your favorite?

More dots

These place cards are for this totally fabulously fun couple who were married last weekend. I created matching table cards, place cards, and various other items to coordinate with these invitations. The tables weren't your run of the mill numbers, they were names of board games. The reception is sure to be unforgettable, they had a table of sweets, a table of board games, and a polaroid guest book. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Holiday Cards

Image
With the snow outside, it seems fitting to see Holiday cards. This photo greeting card will be offered with a digital option and printing option. Baby photography by Teresa Hermes Photography . If you are local she is a must have!

Pumpkin Time

Image
One cold/rainy morning this past weekend, we ventured to this pumpkin patch. If you live in the metro area, I highly recommend it. The people are wonderful, the selection is stupendous, the prices are great. Totally a friendly place where you pay as you feel appropriate. [only in a small town] Personally, I wanted to pay extra because they are just so sweet. Choosing pumpkins was soooo difficult, there are too many and too many great ones. We went during a family weekend, with free pony rides, face painting, and various other things. The kids had fun even if it was chilly. I was hoping for a pic of 4 kids but it was too cold to take the babes out of their snuggled up bodies in their stroller. So I got these inside instead.

I did it!

Image
I created my first DIY calendar. It's full of colorful squares and circles. Totally bold, fun, and modern, perfect to brighten every month of 2010. It's so easy...you buy the pdf file, you print as many as you want, you cut, you enjoy! It's a more economical version on this one .

As the saying goes...

Image
A shoemakers children have no shoes.... or is it a stationer's babies have no birth announcements? Either way, you get the point. My babies are now 12 weeks old and I have yet to send out birth announcements. I designed them 2 weeks ago, printed and cut one week ago, now I need to address the envelopes and mail.

It's still the weekend!

Make Over

Image
Much like myself, the Kinsley Wedding Invitation set was in need of a makeover. The pictures were dark, and the color dull. So I printed these on my better printer and took new photos outside. She looks refreshed don't you think? Now if only my makeover was that easy.

Another version

The flowers are my own design and can be custom colored to fit any event.
