their taking over...

olive and oscar owl have been very popular busy lately gracing their presence on all these wedding invitations i've posted recently. 
sometimes in predominate ways.
sometimes in discrete ways. 
who knew when i drew them  almost 2 years ago they would still be going strong?
the above love owls were sent off to canada today. off to a sweet couple waiting to mail them to their guests.
wonderful jane+gregory will be sending these to announce they were married.
i already did matching invites + programs for them. 

strangely for me someone who doesn't like birds. i haven't tired of olive or oscar.
yet.

Rainbow love

The violet invitation design in rainbow colors with gold. LOVE, LOVE how they turned out!  I was excited when designing them digitally but seeing in print on natural white made me gush with joy! The bride loved them too.    The gold envelopes add an extra touch of excitement along with the invite and postcard rsvp. These are the save the dates, in greens and blues and grey.  (they did have rounded corners too, in my excitement to photograph while the sun was out and wind was low, I obviously forgot to round the corners) Planning a wedding or event?
