 while i do not speak german, my clients does!  i find it so fascinating that they are getting married in Florida! this is the sydney lantern in german. (with an insert in english)  fascinating! didn't i say that already? but it is truly fascinating to connect with people all over the world.

this is what the sydney2 has looked like since inception. what it looks like printed on my old printer. my old printer which as of late december, i no longer use. while i like the idea of greens. i feel it was a bit outdated as a sample of my work. didn't feel it was putting my best foot forward. so she finally got a makeover. a much deserved makeover. see.  isn't she pretty. in honeysuckle, grass green and pink.  she's been getting lots of love too. two etsy treasury's in 2 days. you can find her here . sent this wedding package off to a delightful couple in australia. package included: invitations + response cards + direction cards + placecards {envelopes too of course}

225 of these lovelies were sent off last week to a fantastic couple.  {my poor mailguy must dread coming to my house on days there are heavy packages waiting on my door step.} even after 2 years of this design. i still get giddy seeing it completed.

i've worked with these fantabulous clients since the beginning. they chose the olive save the dates. then returned for their wedding invitations. such a joy to work with. the colors they chose evoke a perfect midwest fall day.  don't you agree?

these delights are in route to ireland.   on there way to a couple awaiting an italy wedding. this sydney lanters wedding invitation set is printed in teal and petrol blue.  i am so in love with their color choice. along with the invite and response i designed matching mailing address wrap labels with each guest address printed.  the label folds at the tree branch with the return address shown on the back.

the branch and lanterns have been in my sketchbook forever and i finally put it on paper. what do you think? should i add this to my shop?

I am so thrilled with how these recent Sydney2 invitations turned out. The colors are so fresh and perfect for an outdoor wedding. Remember this post ? Well this is the color way they chose. Two shades of green and a soft yellow. Great choice don't you think? A fun add was the matching shimmery green envelope liner I created for this couple. I also printed the guests addresses and a two-sided coordinating direction card. Yet another awesome couple to work with. Thank you!

I like to provide options for my clients. I have a sweet couple whom I'm designing the Sydney2 Wedding Invitations for in a bit different colors. It's a casual outdoor wedding. Here is a little something I sent them. Greens from the grasses, yellow because they like it and pinks/oranges from the bouquet images they sent me. The last one is just a little something off the wall. What did they choose? You'll have to wait and see...

A couple after my own heart, having a wedding with blues and orange. A dream come true. Do you remember a few of my more recent samples have been in this hot color combination, the Harper and the Kendall . I sent these lovelies out last Friday. The look of the Sydney wedding invitation is endless with so many color possibilities.

These welcome tags are for one of my brides who is having out of town guests and wants to have a bag of goodies waiting for them. The coordinating Sydney design, pulls the entire event into one cohesive package.

This is the matching Sydney save the date card to these invites. The blue and green is just perfect for a spring wedding don't you think? Hard to believe spring is ahead when we haven't even seen winter. It took me a while to post but these are for a sweet and adorable couple in Oregon. I cannot wait to create their wedding invitations.

This Sydney Save the Date postcard is created with slight textured recycled cardstock with shades of yellow tree branches and navy blue and emerald green text. This delightful postcard will be turning up in the bride and groom's guests mailboxes soon. I'd be excited to receive this, wouldn't you?

This set of totally gorgeous fall wedding invitations is out the door [actually sitting at my door waiting to be picked up] and making it's way to North Carolina. The bride was a delight to work with and I know their October 4th wedding is going to be a dream. The ceremony is taking place at Chicago's Lincoln Park Conservatory. This is another version of the Sydney Wedding Invitation set created to work with their wedding colors. I love how it turned out and will post better pics later? Now off to producing and creating more wedding invitations...stay tuned to see them.

I completed these delightful 105 wedding invitation sets yesterday. These are yet another color variation on my Sydney Wedding design. Red, yellow, and tan branches and leaves, with brown, red, and yellow text printed on recycled natural carstock. Aren't they just perfect for a September wedding? These blue/greens version of the Sydney delights are out the door and on their way to a happy couple in Miami Beach, Florida. I met this couple through Etsy and it has been a joy getting to know them and their story. This wedding is in NY the couples home state. The couple is pure pleasure to work with. 125 of these babies...finished. These fun birth annoucements include a family pic too, not just pics of the baby. I've known the Mommy for quite a few years, we're sorority sisters, long ago we planned alumnae events together and volunteered with the collegiates together as well. [She's a bit younger than me though] It is fun to see her now as a Mommy with this sweet and adorable baby boy. He is a sweetie cutie pie! Whether it's weddings or babies, I am always honored to be a part of someone's milestone! I LOVE what I do! I've moved from creating spaces to creating memories & moments.
