3 years ago today, this happened!  I became the mommy to my second set of twins. Easton & Adler's birth completed our family of 6.   They are full of personality!  See for yourself... Since I couldn't get a photo of them both smiling, I resorted to bribery.  "If you smile for a photo you can open a present!" I am truly blessed!

this little boy and this little girl will be turning 2 soon! we celebrated their birthday early with a party 10 kids running around, eating cupcakes + ice cream, playing, laughing, having fun = loud, chaotic, heaven.  avery said “this was the best party ever!”

my soon to be 20 month silly little boy. aka.easton. easty. brutus. marvin. easty b. buggy boy.

 my little peanuts. got into my packing peanuts  while i was gluing notepads  they were laughing so hard. throwing them up like confetti on new years eve.  i just had to take photos to capture the moment. they even "helped" me pick them up.

this little one and this little one have been conspiring to keep their mommy from sleeping.  the other night mr. e was awake from 2am-4am and the next night miss ak was awake from midnight-2am. hmmm....i wonder what will they be conspiring next?

17 months ago today looked like this and got these ! mr. easton loves horses, animals, big kids toys. he's a tv lover:(  he loves to point. read books. talks when he feels like it. loves to stack things.  loves to pretend he's sleeping then wake up with "Ahhhh" he loves to play red light green light, hide n seek. peek aboo.  he's great at shaking his head "no" and meaning it. such a little love. has the biggest smile. starting to look and act more like a little boy than a baby:( miss adler loves dolls, stuffed animals, books. she has the greatest laugh. she loves to sit in your lap. to snuggle. she is a great listener and follows direction. she talks a lot. her favorite new word is "horse" or "orse" as she says.  loves to play hid n seek. she loves to play on the computer with avery. she is a little ham. she walks around with wipes on her head (clean ones of course) or clothes on her head smiling. she loves to dance and move. she ...

"HAPPY FRIDAY!" have a wonderful weekend. we'll be doing some trick or treatin' at the zoo and in our neighborhood.

they are now 13 months. such joy and such wonders. easton is walking.  running. walking backwards. into everything.  pointing.  loves to explore & throw things down the stairs. my favorite is when he comes over and leans in for a hug. such a lover. he has a great laugh. 4 teeth. and our sweet little boy. adler is a climber. climbs on everything. climbs on anything. starting to be interested in walking with assistance. has the sweetest toothy smile. my favorite is when i'm sitting on the floor she crawls over and climbs in my lap for snuggling. she too is such a lover. she loves to look at books.  play. be held. she has 7 teeth and is our sweet silly little girl.

my babies are one!! one year ago today.   this was me. and this was your introduction to the world. what a blessing you both are to our family. easton. you love to smile. walk along/behind everything. point and jabber. stand alone. you are finally getting your 3rd tooth. we call you "messy marvin" when you eat. you are very curious. frustrate easily. a papa's boy. love to laugh. play peek a boo. giggle. open and close things. you prefer to push a chair or kid table instead of a push toy. you bring such joy to our family. adler. your toothy grin lights up a room. you love to read books. play. talk. stand. pull yourself up. be held. take your hat off. you are getting your 6th tooth. you are silly. dramatic. love to play coy. a grandma's girl.  a fantasic hugger and snuggler.  love to laugh. bite. stick your finger in your nose. play peek a boo. giggle. you bring such delight to our family. happy birthday my baby loves.

yes. it's true. my babies are 11 months old today.

i think everyone has a talent of some kind.  my friend teresa has a talent for photography among other things. last wednesday night, teresa said she'd be in the area on thursday and was dying to try out some new things with my twinfants. how could i say no. i mean just look at her work . these amazing pictures of my babes were taken in a whirlwind session of less than an hour. some of which they were fussy or eating lunch. oh and while i was in the kitchen with my babies feeding them lunch.  my big kids [not in photo shoot attire] got in on the photography action. if you live in the metro area, i highly. highly. highly. recommend her. oh and i'm hoping to interview her for a future blog post.  [that is once i catch up and wedding season is more managable of course.]

spring was in full bloom this weekend.  sun shine + no bugs in sight = a perfect picnic make that 2 perfect picnics. one saturday evening in our backyard.  and one sunday at a random park paxton saw on our way to church so we stopped on the way back. even the babies loved eating their food outside. bib-free. ::oh and baby adler got her first tooth too.

these babies. are 9 months old today. my how they've changed. these teethless wonders love to try new things. smile, laugh, babble, play, roll, sit, eat. they add such joy to our family. complete.
