I designed these birthday invites for a frog lovin' boy!  A boy after my own kids heart.  My four are frog lovin' kids too.   So far this month, we've had 4 cancelled school days due to the polar vortex.  Believe me, we are all dreaming of warmer  weather and fun times with frogs.

I created the above invites for a client who's son loves tractors.  I love how fun they turned out so I added them along with matching thank you cards to my printables shop .   Since girls love tractors too, I made a girlier version.  If you want these, but don't want to buy the supplies, print, or cut!  I'd love to print them for you.

I love being asked to do custom orders.  They are fun and force me to design stuff that is waiting on the back burner until I have free time. (Yeah like that exists with 4 kids) This sweet girl is turning 40! I hold a special bond with anyone turning 40, now that I am.  This project was kismet, not only because Alyson is turning 40 but because her party celebration is on MY actual birthday! We took my Golden Gate bridge wedding invite , added a sailboat and photo and here she is!

I was asked to do a Mickey Mouse themed birthday invite for a little boy soon to be 2!  Woot! Woot!  Yes, please!  I came up with a few designs. She chose the boy, which we customized to match her curly blonde haired blue eyed boy. ta da...the final product!

My kids (especiall my little kids) love the Move it! Move it! song!  They know it from the Madagascar movie and it seemed perfect for this post.  My oldest kids will be 7 on March 11 and this year they are having their very first friend party!  Their very first friend party that we had to postpone from the 3rd to the 11th because they were out of school 3 and 4 days with fevers + 2 sick parents + 1 sick sibling didn't make for a F.U.N. party.   Instead of sending everyone home with hand sanitizer & germs, I contacted all parents on new party date. Whew! Thankfully everyone got the message since no one showed up on our door step ready to party. These invites are freshly illustrated by me after my nascar/hotwheel loving boy & animal loving girl informed me they didn't want separate parties. Sometimes you have to wipe the tears (mine more than theirs) roll with the punches and move it move it! Because life and illness happen. They ...

 My wedding invitations aren't just for weddings. They can be for baptism. or for a kids birthday party Love my designs but already married? or not getting married?  No problem, have a party, I'll make them work!

This lucky little girl will be celebrating a huge milestone in Februray ~ her 1st birthday!   Her mommy is totally on the ball and ordered invites in plenty of time to journey to Australia and get thru customs in enough time to send them out.

a couple young boys are having a birthday party!  when a client of mine requested a park themed invite for her young sons in december.  i admit my first thought was "cool. WHAT!?! it will be freezing!" then i remember she lives florida. kids in florida can have outside parties in december. kids in minnesota...not so much. these boys are going to have a blast!

my sweet grandma turned 90 today!  these are a little something i whipped up for the occassion.

yes, its true.  in less than 2 weeks. my babies will be 1.  so i whipped up a luau themed party invites. i did ask my big kids if we should have a luau or zoo animal theme. i was surprised they picked luau. i think they are secretly keeping the zoo animals for themselves. my hibiscus spurred new wedding invitations. stay tuned to see them.

my "nieces" are turning 6 soon and their mom [my best friend] is throwing them a gymnastics party.  she told me what she wanted and asked me what i could do.  so i did this. the gymnastics party package i elluded to in this post . [invite, cake toppers, thank you tags] is complete and out the door.  the girls, trampoline, and bar are my original drawings digitally colored. since the girls are in separate classes, they received individual invites as well.  i'm thrilled how they turned out. are you? i'm just too excited by these super duper fantastic [if i do say so myself] girls birthday party invites i'm working on for two very special little ladies.  and just had to share with you. the vibrancy makes me feel like spring and summer isjust around the corner.  don't worry. i'll show you the full package once they are complete! makes me want to be 6 again.

a glimpse of my almost 5 year olds {i'm too young for kids this old} party invites. my kids love. love. love. animals. what could be more perfect than celebrating their big day at the nature center a block from our home. of all the party options, they picked animal tracks. {thankfully they chose this over reptiles!} i drew the racoon, deer, and coyote tracks. all that really matters is they were super duper excited when they saw them printed. now i need to address and mail them and figure out the rest of their party stuff.
