i'm honored when people hire me. i'm even more honored when friends ask me to create something for them.  recently a college friend (sorority sister) gave birth to twin baby girls.  we'd been chatting lots when i found out she was having twins.  gave her some tips & tricks about twin babies...you know since i have 2 sets. i've learned  a LOT and love to share! these adorably cute baby girls arrived sooner than their parent's would've liked and she asked if i'd create their baby annoucements.  Oh yes! Thank you!  Above is the final result. Below are some other options:

Remember this post? They are now complete and in the hands of the proud parents. Back in May, Shannon asked if Icould create birth announcements for her sweet baby girl, Aspen, due in September. She loved the below Hip Circles baby announcement and the Aspen wedding invitation. I took those options along with the pastel colors she choose and came up with the below options. After reviewing/changes, came these options We finalized a design and waited for her birth. Aspen was born in October and once a picture was sent, I filled in the info and printed them. Below is the final product.

A shoemakers children have no shoes.... or is it a stationer's babies have no birth announcements? Either way, you get the point. My babies are now 12 weeks old and I have yet to send out birth announcements. I designed them 2 weeks ago, printed and cut one week ago, now I need to address the envelopes and mail.

I completed these sweet baby boy announcements over the weekend. These are made with a vellum overlay and ocean blue cardstock attached with a small bow of blue satin ribbon. The baby pic and words are printed right on the vellum. There are little baby cardstock feet prints at the bottom to complete the delightful announcement. Having a baby or need baby announcements??
